Nho Febrero

On the 2^nd February the Nhô Febrero is celebrated throughout the district of São Domingos.

Place: all aroaund the Islands (21 Feb 2012)

The Carnival (during February or March) in Cape Verde is a very famous celebration throughout the islands.

Gamboa Festival

Place: Santiago Island (19 May 2012)

On the 19^th May it is the day of the city of Praia at Santiago Island and we have the "Gamboa Festival" with national and international artists. Usually there are 2 or 3 days of Shows.

Tarrafal District Day

Place: Tarrafal - Santiago Island (15 Jan 2013)

At Tarrafal on January 15^th they celebrate the day of the district with music, dances and with national artists.
