It is also near the city's historical centre, the so-called "plateau", with its colonial buildings. You can take a stroll from the hotel through these areas and meet the locals, learning about the island's colourful past along the way. The hotel has recently been renovated, and is only 5 minutes from Praia's International Airport and its administrative and financial centre.

Restaurants & Bars: Our restaurant "Alex" is considered one of the best throughout the islands, and presents a wide variety of Capeverdian, Portuguese and international cuisine. Breakfast (buffet style) is served from 7am-10am; Lunches (a la carte) from 12pm-3pm; and Dinners from 7pm-10pm. The bar "Ilhéu", overlooks the ocean and the pool. It is open from 10am-1am.
Meetings & Conferences: 1 conference room (up to 120 persons); 1 meeting room (up to 60 persons); and a wide range of audiovisual equipment available (video projector, retro projector, computer, flipcharts etc.).
All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV (with international channels), wireless internet, direct dial telephone, mini-bar, hairdryer, and safes (free of charge in the reception).
